JRPGS

One of my biggest passions is JRPG's. I started from Final Fantasy VII and has only grown more with age. Although I no longer only play them, they still are very important to me. Some of my favorites are Tales of Symphonia, Xenosaga, Wild Arms 4, Star Ocean 3, and Final Fantasy XIV.

Dolls

Dolls have always made me very happy. I wanted to collect them my whole life so I'm making up for lost time a lot. I tend to collect very cutesy smaller dolls, and less the sorta older fashion stuff. My favorite doll line is Welliewishers by American girl, but my other favorites have been Lalaloospy, Novi Stars, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Books

Reading and writing has always been one of my biggest passions. From normal novels, comic books and manga, to just roleplaying and writing together with people.. creating, crafting and enjoying stories might be my biggest passion of them all!

Connecting with characters in fiction is probably my favorite actitvity.It's in the order of importance, but that changes slightly over time.I am totally fine with sharing kins.. in theory. Lol. I mean. I geninuely am, but I do get a bit.. posessive, which I recongize and work on.

Katie Weathers

Age: 16-19
Gender Identity: Female (Cis)
Typical Setting: Near Future Superhero

A dorky and energetic young girl with superhuman levels of stamina due to the presence of her mothers genetically modified alien DNA. Dreams of being a superhero, goes by the moniker "Livewire."Her body seemingly burning bright. She doesn't sleep, she loves being active, and she talks a mile a minute. She always feels hunger and never satisified, so she's nearly constantly snacking. She can also "overclock" her abilities to allow for more geninue superheroics, super speed,However, these powers come at a powerful cost. It seems like her body is doomed to break down at an early age, she's been told since she was very young she would not past early adulthood. This has left Katie with a burning need to "leave a mark". She is a bit self-centered, almost all her thoughts consumed with a fixation on making recieving as much attention and praise as possible.She also dreams of finding her mother before the end, who she believes is still out there somewhere, despite dissapearing when she was very young.

Notes and Tidbits:
A large amount of inspiration was given to me through the aestethics of City of Heroes, and although I barely played it, I attempted to recreate the pigtailed superhero I made in it on Soul Calibur V's character creator. I became so enamored with the idea of a peppy, sassy, teenage super hero because of one of the default voices that it sparked a lot of muse.She's now become one of my most beloved OC's, and I originally based my FFXIV WoL on her.

Arietta

Typical Setting: Originally Fantasy Medieval, canon universe hopper

Arietta was born as princess of the Kingdom of Aria. Beloved daughter of a popular king and queen, Aria took her position and duty as princess very seriously. She strived every day to meet her people's expectations, and was extremely devout to the dominate religion of her Kingdom. She believed in always being honest, moral, and leading by example.Then one fateful day, she became entwined in a plot by a covetous duke's plan to take the throne. A controller of Demonkind, he kidnapped Arietta and allowed the sadistic, but lazy demon Malikai to possess her body. Although still separate entitles, her soul, mind, and body became deeply entwined with his.

Seemingly more powerful than she was, she could only watch as her body became an unwilling pawn in his game. As she brought the duke to her parents and announced her intent to marry him. To watch as they happily planned the wedding and she could only smile and assure her parents how happy she was. How good of a King he would be.

It was the reception after the wedding when it happened. Her desperation to break free from it all, the emotional distress from watching herself wed a man who was torturing her so, the taunting of the demon that also could only watch... it became so much. She put so much strength in trying to claim the cursed magic that now ran through her body, to break at the demonic hold over her. Her body started to lash out... Maikai had been ordered to fight back for control if she managed to attempt any resistance. The forces all fighting for control of Arietta's body sent her to a violent rage...


She had regained control of her body.. and taken revenge on the man who had used her. But not only that.. her mother.. and most of the guests... lay on the floor at her hands. She ran. She ran and cried... she was a monster. She had chosen her own freedom at the cost of their lives. She should have known it was dangerous... to choose a better time.. no...

Running. Always running. Running from her people's judgement. From her god's judgement. From herself.. she was a demon. If she died, she would surely face judgement for all the lives lost at her hands. So... she had to live. Forever. She started to seek any and all ways of extending her life. Engaging in all sorts of forbidden magic. Doing whateer had to be done to keep herself safe, no matter what she had to do.Hiding at the edge of the world, alone.. with only her doll servants and the amused but sleepy demon who shared her soul.

An OC that I made as a teenager and one of the oldest I still reguarly muse/use.I've kept alive after all these years. Arietta is precious to me, and I've kept the very teenage concepts in her alive. I won't betray my original intentions with her. ♥

Harper Hale

Typical Setting: 90's "Modern" AmericaHarper's parents are Bill and Margaret Harper; the two married very young. Margaret was a rich heiress who wanted to make her own way in the world and not rely on her parents fortunes, quickly following her dream of starting her own restraunt business. She runs a successful restraunt in the city.Bill's passions was in the paranormal. A tramatizing incident when he was little, watching a friend of his warn of monsters haunting his home, only for him and his entire family to dissapear.. made him want to strive to hear out the people who no one would listen to in the world. HIs earnest and good hearted desire, born of nothing but a desire to do good, warmed Margaret's heart, for her family had only believed in business and work. She vowed to provide enough for him to follow his passions, wanting to see such a earnest dream fufilled.They had a daughter, and were happy.Eventually however, the honeymoon seemed to not last. Both of Harper's parents started to become increasingly dedicated to their work. The organization that Bill had started as just himself and his friend grew, his duties seemed to as well. The mother became more and more dedicated to her business, finding little spare time in her day in her desire to provide for her family.Harper was often forced to pick which parent to shadow at their work, and after a while found herself following her father. His passions were still there, and she, like her mother, was inspired by her father's good natured ideals.She was a skeptic, and didn't really believe in the people they were investigating, but thought her papa was kind to hear them out.However, as the years went on.. Harper became her own paranormal incident. She just seemed to stop aging. Despite being 20 years old, she could easily pass for a 7 year old child.This fact, although useful in investigations somewhat.. became a sort of distress for Harper. The years flew by, her life stayed the same. Hanging on her fathers coattails, writing down his notes, never growing, never changing, still calling him Papa... Time seemed to stand still for her.. when was she going to change?All the while, Bill felt at the precipice of what he felt was a huge conspiracy. But the more he uncovered, the more paranoid it made him become. Aliens were amongst them. Had been for some time, at least 20 years. Secretly taking the place of human beings that proved vital to control over the world, Bill started to have a dark thought...
What if.. they had discovered he had started to find out about them... and to keep tabs on him.. had replaced his own daughter?The lack of her aging seemed like a dark confirmation of his fears... and he becomes torn. Watching her for any signs, fearful of accusing her and hurting her.. but...All the while, the true conspiracy he is nearly uncovering is far more dangerous than the one he believes it is..Notes and Tidbits:
A character made as a tribute to my love X-Files, Harper and BIll are my "Scully and Mulder" respectively, a daddy daughter paranormal invesigator duo. I write them most out of my own characters, loving writing little stories of them.
